Il router. Nonostante spesso sia un oggetto impolverato, è uno dei dispositivi più importanti necessari ad usare internet o il telefono. Comunque: la maggior parte degli utenti in Germania non possiedono questo dispositivo anche se è collocato nelle loro case e devono pagare per tenercelo.

Together with FSFE and other partners, the Bündnis Freie Bildung ("Free Education Alliance") today publishes its position paper about the creation and usage of Open Educational Resources (OER). Therein, the Bündnis demands a consequent publishing of all OER-material under public licences and their availability as Free Software and in Open Standard formats.

Fellowship Meeting Rhine/Main - Talk: The long way to empower people to control technology

On Wednesday, 6 July, the Fellowship group Rhein/Main will meet in "Zentrale Coworking" in Frankfurt to attend a talk by FSFE's president Matthias Kirschner titled "The long way to empower people to control technology". We will meet there around 19:00 h, the talk will start at 19:30.
