text overlapping with navigation bar

On some pages the text overlaps with the navigation bar on the right hand side. I noticed this in one topic within the Forums and also on the "Planet" page. Is it just me or do others have the same problem?

I noticed this on different machines, but the the one I am using now runs BurningDog/Firefox:

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; de; rv:1.8.0.12) Gecko/20070806 Ubuntu/deltad-security Firefox/1.5.0.12

Re: text overlapping with navigation bar

I checked on a M$-windows machine of a friend of mine. IE shows the mentioned pages correctly. But who's using IE?

Konquerer 3.5.5 has the same Problem like Firefox.

Re: text overlapping with navigation bar

Uhm, I have no idea of why IE doesn't act like Gecko and khtml. Thanks for reporting this, I'll ask a CSS expert to check it.

I can see that the problem is caused by the wide picture posted in one of the blog entries that causes the div of the planet to overlap the div containing the navbar.

thanks again
