Links to the planet aggregator

I just realised that it's very unlikely that any casual visitor would ever find the planet blog aggregator.

On the front page, the word "Blogs" (the title of the blogs section) should be a link to the planet aggregation.

And the link in the right-hand menu needs to be more descriptive. "Blogs planet"? "Blogs aggregation"?
