my new Gnu costume

To celebrate my FSFE core-team membership I asked Nathalie Bissig to sew a Gnu costume. After some days she finished a wonderful costume. The next days we both went to the savannah greenhouse of the botanic garden in Zurich, Switzerland, where we took some pictures.

The pictures can be found on my website

There is also a Boingboing post about this ;)

GNU/Costume

Hey! Shouldn't that be GNU/Costume?

(And does it run gcc yet?)

Update: This was meant as an innocent little joke, but I've nonetheless received a note from Richard that clears up potential confusion:

"The slash is a way of talking about two things grouped together--in that case, GNU and Linux. The system is consists of GNU and Linux combined.

'GNU/Costume' would be appropriate if we were talking about GNU and your costume, put together as something larger. But that's not the case. GNU describes the kind of costume. So it is correct to say 'GNU Costume', not 'GNU/Costume'."

Just in case I confused you. Sorry! :)

Wow

really cool... I would really like to have you at WOS to distribute Free Software flyers...
