Come ogni anno, il 14 di febbraio si festeggia San Valentino, che quest'anno sarà di martedì. Come l'anno scorso, la FSFE sta
organizzando una campagna online per celebrare questa giornata come il
giorno in cui "Io amo il Software Libero". In più, quest'anno ci sarà un evento "Io amo il Software Libero"
nell'Unperfekthaus a Essen.

Campagna: Diffondi il tuo amore per il Software Libero
La nostra campagna online intende far crescere la consapevolezza per il Software Libero e per le
persone che lavorano per esso con passione e dedizione. Mostra che apprezzi il loro lavoro: potrebbe fare la differenza!
Certamente ci sono molti modi per dichiarare l'amore a qualcuno...
Ecco solo alcune idee su come puoi pubblicamente dichiarare
il tuo amore per il Software Libero.

E-Mail/Lettere: Manda un messaggio a chi promuove attivamente il Software Libero,
ringraziandolo per il suo lavoro. Non sottostimare gli effetti di
un simile messaggio. Poiché molti sviluppatori di Software Libero lavorano duramente
sui loro progetti senza guadagnare soldi, un grande "GRAZIE" / "TI AMO" costituisce un
buon carburante per ulteriori incoraggiamenti.

Microblog: Specialmente il giorno di San Valentino, micro-blogga
quanto ami il Software Libero, e usa l'Hashtag #ilovefs.
Incoraggia i tuoi amici a fare lo stesso, lasciaci provare a mettere il tuo messaggio
in cima alla classifica sui Twitter Trend e sugli Hashtag Timeline di identi.ca e altri
sistemi di blog.

Blog: Se sei un Blogger, blogga sulla giornata "Io amo il
Software Libero" e sull'idea che sta dietro ad essa. Fai in modo che le persone
si interessino all'idea del Software Libero.

Banner: Abbiamo inserito una pagina
con differenti banner che supportano la giornata "Io amo il Software Libero", e che
si possono usare liberamente. Alcuni hanno anche esempi di codice per poterli
inserire più semplicemente nella tua homepage o nel tuo blog.

Promozione: Se vivi in Germania, divulga il nostro evento nell'Unperfekt-Haus a
Essen.
Mostra il tuo amore - Individualmente
- Abbraccia uno sviluppatore (ovviamente è meglio chiedergli prima il permesso ; )
- Offri da bere al tuo sviluppatore preferito. O offri da bere a
qualcun altro e, mentre degustate, racconta a lui/lei della tua
applicazione preferita di Software Libero!
- Usa la pausa pranzo al lavoro per parlare ai tuoi colleghi del
Software Libero e perché vale la pena dare supporto al nostro movimento.

Manda un libro al tuo
programmatore preferito e, allo stesso tempo, supporta la FSFE.
- Mandaci delle immagini
che mostrano come esprimi i tuoi sentimenti verso il Software Libero. Le pubblicheremo
nel nostro sito, creando una collezione di amanti del Software Libero di
tutto il mondo!
- Indossa magliette e maglioni che mostrano il tuo sostegno per il Software Libero.
Se ne hai bisogno di nuovi, puoi ordinarli da noi,
o dal tuo progetto preferito di Software Libero.
- Con i soldi non puoi comprare l'amore... ma possono aiutare a lottare
per la tua libertà. Dona all'FSFE o altre iniziative di
Software Libero per esprimere la tua gratitudine. Le persone che lavorano a questi progetti dipendono dal
tuo contributo per continuare il loro lavoro. Scegli quindi la tua organizzazione
preferita e fai una donazione. Puoi essere sicuro che contraccambieranno il tuo amore.

On February 14th, people around the globe were
celebrating the "I love Free Software" day. To all of you, thank you very
much for participating in our #ilovefs-campaign and
for showing your support for Free
Software on this day. We were really
excited about your creativity and participiation. All these love
declarations went out to the developers, users and wizards behind Free
Software and their communities. While some of you dedicated their love to
specific programs that you enjoy most. We are pretty sure that their
developers and users have read your love declarations and that your love
will motivate them to carry on their good work. Here are just a few
examples and highlights of your love declarations.

"Let's be honest: In the Free Software community, we
exchange a lot of criticism. We write bug reports, tell others how they can
improve the software, ask them for new features, and generally are not shy
about criticising others. Sometimes we forget to say "thank you, for all your
work". As in the last years, we want to change this, at least for one day. So
on Tuesday the 14th of February we will celebrate the "I love Free Software" - Day , says Matthias
Kirschner, FSFE's #ilovefs campaign manager.
02 February 2012:
Die Free Software Foundation Europe (FSFE) ruft jährlich
alle Unterstützer Freier Software auf, beim "I love Free Software"-Tag
mitzumachen. Dazu gibt es eine Mitmach-Kampagne, zu der ihr Material und Ideen
auf ilovefs.org finden könnt. Dieses Jahr wird
es außerdem erstmalig eine "I love Free Software"-Veranstaltung[2] "I love Free
Software"-Veranstaltung im Unperfekthaus in der Innenstadt Essens
geben.
