Prepare a FSFE booth

Please give us some information about the booth that you are planning, in order for us to be able to pack the material accordingly. If you have questions or doubts, check first how to organize a booth. If that has not all the answers you're looking for, please contact us.

What do you want to present at the booth?*

We recommend no merchandise if it is your first booth. Depending on the size of the space available, consider only to present stickers and posters. You can keep info material which is left over, but all the unsold merchandise must be returned within a week.

Note that each booth will be evaluated for better preparing upcoming events.

Please note that you should give us 6 weeks for packaging. 3 weeks is possible in emergencies.

You can check the available material. English is the default language of the material.

How large should the package be?*

The S package contains around: 16 posters, 30 postcards, 24 leaflets and 300 stickers that cover all of our campaigns.
The M package is a bit more then twice the S package.
The L package is customized for the specific event.
