  • Tutti i quadri normativi incoraggiano l’uso e lo sviluppo del Software Libero.
  • Le decisioni in materia di licenze e questioni legali si basano sui fatti, non sulla paura, incertezza e dubbio.
  • I giovani hanno l’opportunità di smanettare, sperimentare e programmare con il Software Libero come impostazione predefinita.
